The first step in this process is to get the conversation started. We need to learn more about you, your home, and what your plans are. As much as we might like it, we are not mind readers and we need to know what you are thinking!

After we have discussed and we get a better idea of what your plans are we will send over an information packet. This is to gain detailed and pertinent information about your property.
The more detailed information we can obtain up front, the smoother the process will go on the back end.
We will then take this information and perform a market analysis on your home. This deep dive will help us understand the value so during the next step we are having factual conversations.
Meet and view
This is where we can really get into the full process going forward. We will meet you at your home to discuss our findings and the next steps. This will allow us to get a full feel for the home and a better understanding of the little details.
In this part of the process we will walk thorugh the home together and then sit down to discuss the details.
Valuation
We will discuss the valuation, the listing price and date, and the plan going forward. We will list your property based on our discussions and help you to close your property for top dollar on YOUR timeline.
